About Me

I am an over educated sociologist with too much time.  I graduated with my Masters in Applied Sociology from Northern Arizona University.  I completed a year as an Americorps member completing evaluation tasks for a non-profit. Currently, I am unemployed. I spend my days applying for jobs and finding something to make me a productive member of society.

Before returning to grad school, I spent two years as a case manager doing in home therapy with children. I am extremely passionate about nonprofits and imagine one day running my own that educates children on the fun of recycling. I love program evaluations and doing data analysis.

This blog has turned into a mismatch of many things, which I am pretty sure I was told is the number one no-no when writing a blog. BUT, I am a mismatch of many things, I am not just one thing or one of my roles.  I am also a sociologist and really, we have a lot of opinions about everything!
